Something GoRgEoUs*

It amazes me how far my blog has gotten in such little time and I would just like to thank my viewers and especially my followers. You are what makes blogging worth while. The beautiful and talented ЯANdOM ЯAWR gave me this wonderful award! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it:)
So for this award I have to say 10 things about myself. Here it goes:
  • I have 2 half brothers and one half sister that I literally never see. I see my one brother about once a year and haven't seen my other siblings for years.
  • I have always wanted to board at my school even though I have a wonderful family.
  • I am very passionate about Music, Art and dancing. If I could be anything in the world I would be a dancer or a singer.
  • I feel strongly about Global Warming. This only happened recently though.
  • I am a true Blonde... Not only is it my hair colour but I am known for my blonde moments. Oh well, I have an excuse.
  • My best friend in the whole entire world moved away and I hardly see her:( Sometimes I feel so incomplete.
  • My favourite number is 7. I have NO idea why but I think is is the coolest number ever.
  • My favourite colour is lumo green.
  • When I was small I used to think I was turning into a cat. Yes, I was THAT obsessed!
  • This is my tenth thing about me so I am going to make it a special one... I love it when I get the chance to be heard. It's one of the reasons I love blogging. I can get messages through to people and make them think. That to be is gorgeous<3
That's ten things about me. I hope I didn't bore you too much:) I am going to give this award to all of my followers so far.I Love all of your blogs and all of you deserve this award.

I guess you're wondering how the picture fits in with the theme of the post. Well I think sometimes we underestimate how gorgeous and beautiful the gift of life is. Some of us waste it by living in a shell or make mistakes that they shouldn't make and not trying to fix it. We never know whats going to happen next. I bet all of us have at least one thing that we would change if we could go back in time. But if we changed that one thing...where would we be now? The past is the past and we can't go back. Live in the present. Do crazy things! (Just not too crazy) Live a little, face your fears and discover something new. The future is what we all worry about. When the things we should worry about are the things that will keep life going. How many of us have thrown a wrapper on the floor and left it there? How many of us just don't care enough to make an effort? The answer to those questions are too many of us. All of us are gorgeous in our own special way. We are all beautiful whether it's on the inside or the outside.

I'm sorry if this post is boring you but I need to put this on my blog sometime. So I chose now:)
I have to say goodbye for now. But I will blog again soon. Thank you for reading:)

Pictures can sometimes mean more than words*

Hello blogoversians:) Today my post will not have many words in it. I was looking through my blackberry and I noticed I have some really cool pictures that I want to put on my blog. So here it goes!:)

Okay, so most of these pictures have words on them but they still have meaning. I bet that without the picture, you wouldn't pay attention. Pictures give words life and colour. Imagine what the world would be like without pictures...empty?normal?unbearable? you decide*

The great computer speller checker

Hello to all of my viewers (I am up to 6 :D) and to my brilliant new follower : Loulou! Thank-you so much for you're beautiful comment:) And congrats on your 30 followers!

Please note that this is only my second post so please feel the need to scroll down and read my first post.

So I was in an English lesson and we received a worksheet regarding a computer spelling checker. So my English teacher Mr. Harty gives us this poem:

Spelling Checker:

Eye halve a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.
Eye strike a key and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It shows me strait a weigh.
As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee fore two long
And eye can put the error rite
Its rare lea ever wrong.
Eye have run this poem threw it
I am shore your pleased two no
Its letter perfect awl the weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.

So basically the lesson he was trying to teach us is that a spelling checker doesn't correct your English? Oh Well...computers can't to EVERYTHING! I wish they could. Someone should invent a computer that does you're homework for you. I will personally create it myself....Once I get a degree in IDSL and become a computer nerd. That reminds me, I found out that our computer technicians play star wars in their offices all day and that they have access to all our email! Do we have no privacy anymore?

10 Amazing Facts:
I honestly didn't know any of these facts. I bet you guys didn't know that if you swallow 3 times in one breath your hiccups will go away or that if u say cucumber three times you will stop sneezing. I know it's weird. It doesn't always work so I guess it's no a fact but I think it's pretty cool.
  1. If you yelled for eight years, seven months and six days, you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee. That is a lot of yelling!
  2. If you fart consistently for six years and nine months, enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb.
  3. Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories per hour!
  4. Right handed people live, on average , nine years longer than left handed people.
  5. Believe it or not, the only place sharks will not eat other sea animals, is what I call the ocean hospital. Small fish will eat diseases right off the sharks, even in their gills and mouth!
  6. The catfish has over 27,000 taste buds.
  7. American Airlines saved $40,000 in 1987 by eliminating one olive from each salad served in first class. Think of what two olives would do!
  8. Most toothpaste you brush your teeth with has seaweed in it....
  9. It’s physically impossible for you to lick your elbow!
  10. Last of all, In a traditional Greek restaurant it is impolite to not dance on the tables and not break the plates!

Have you ever Googled Google?

Try it and see what comes up. It's not that interesting but Wikipedia gives this long and boring article on the History of Google and how it was made and BLAH blah BLAH.....no one cares. I came across this weird saying:
"YouTube My space and I'll Google your Yahoo"
Isn't just hilarious?
The things you come across while searching for a search engine...WOW!

7 random questions to ask someone when you are bored:
  1. If Justin Bieber walked through you're door right now what would you say?
  2. If I was falling off a cliff would you save me?
  3. Would you marry me or kill me?
  4. What's your favourite colour jelly bean?
  5. If you could be eating anything right now what would it be?
  6. If you could choose two celebs to thumb wrestle each other, who would they be?
  7. What would be the first thing you would do if you found out that animals could talk?

Blog Intoduction

Hello people of the blogoverse:)I am sorry to those who have come across my blog already (the 4 views I've had) and haven't seen a post. My blog is still 'under construction'. Well, it's not completely finished, though I decided to post to get my blog started and to get into the flow of blogging.

As you can see my blog is still very plain with no followers and less than five views, but if you are reading this post right now then welcome to my fantabulous blog called: 'Ramblings of a Crazy Teen.' I am only thirteen years old so my grammar isn't the best. I hope that you will learn to bear with me!

I basically created this blog because I am passionate about writing. I'm in grade 8 and my English teacher doesn't take a very big interest in me or my writing. So I figured if I created a blog, everyone would see my writing. My blog won't only be about me, I hope to develop an advice column as my blog grows and there will be articles to do with various things. Some of you may recognise my writing if you've seen my previous blog, but I wanted to start blogging fresh again. So here begins the post....

U would think that whoever made these fears would at least put a bit of consideration into it. I wonder if there are fears for absolutely anything. What about the fear of ducks giving birth to an ostrich.....I wonder what THAT fear would be named.

The Royal Wedding

I know that this topic will probably bore you but I just wanted to add a few comments to this subject. The wedding happened a few weeks ago and I still hear people talking about it. I think that it's very exciting and cool that they got married but I live in South Africa.....so I don't really understand why we are all so excited and obsessed. It doesn't have anything to do with us. Correct me if I'm mistaken. My school was lucky enough to watch the wedding on TV in our indoor centre (not that I was paying much attention) and I for one am not really interested. I just wanted to see Kate's wedding dress. I must say that it was fabulous. It was so beautiful and it suited her so well. I would like to see how many of you out there actually take an interest in this. Please comment:)

7 Things You Should NEVER do:
  1. Dig for food in a trash can.
  2. Bribe your teacher.
  3. Never be a poison tester...it will end badly.
  4. Not finish your MacDonald's.
  5. Stab your tongue with a fork.
  6. Pick your cat or dog up by the tail.
  7. Steal from a bank
